Information we collect
When you make an enquiry, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, preferred contact method, location or postcode, vehicle make, model and year, number of vehicles, required service and any details you include about your requirements. We also keep relevant communications and, if you book work, information needed to arrange and record the installation.
How the website quote form works
The quote form prepares a message in your browser. The form does not send your details to a website database. Your information leaves the browser only when you choose to send it through your email application or WhatsApp, or when you copy it into another service. The privacy terms of the service you choose also apply.
Why we use the information
We use enquiry information to respond, recommend suitable vehicle-security options, prepare quotes, arrange appointments, carry out requested work and provide related support. This is normally necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract or to perform a contract. We may also use limited records for our legitimate interests in managing enquiries, protecting the business and improving customer service, and to meet legal or accounting obligations where applicable.
Who may receive it
We do not sell enquiry details. How long we keep it
Enquiry information is kept while we deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterward so we can follow up or refer back to the advice given. If work is booked, relevant customer, installation, invoice and payment records may be kept for longer where needed for support, accounting, tax or legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or securely disposed of.

This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. The hosting provider may process basic technical request data needed to deliver and secure the website. Font files are requested from Google, and links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google services take you to external platforms that process information under their own privacy notices. We will update this notice if the website’s data use changes.
